Eligible customers can use their Zip account to pay their bills through BPAY. We pay the bill, you pay us back over time; it's easy!

1. Log in to the Zip app
2. Tap 'Pay' and scroll down until you see 'Pay a bill with BPAY®'
3. Tap the preferred account used for payment (Zip Pay or Zip Money) and enter the biller details

You will be able to see the bill payment in your 'Activity' along with all your other transaction history.

Look for the distinctive BPAY logo usually found on the bottom or back on your bill, and you should be able to find the biller code and reference number. Simply enter the details in the 'Pay your bills with Zip' screen and we'll process the payment for you.

Payments made after 4 pm (AEDT) will be processed the next NSW business day. Your Zip Pay account will be debited instantly but you should allow up to 3 business days for the biller to receive your bill payment.

As we are only the intermediary between you and the biller, you will need to get in contact with them with any refund queries.

³ Zip Plus: Interest accrues daily on the total balance owing at the end of each day. No interest will be charged to your account in a given month if the balance owing at the end of the last day of that calendar month is $1,500 or less. Each day ends at 11:59pm AEST (AEDT during daylight savings). Standard interest rate is 12.95% p.a. T&Cs and credit approval criteria apply. ⁴ Zip Money Instalments: Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit check upon application. Instalment plan splits eligible purchases of $300 and above into equal repayments within the interest free period. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and a one off establishment fee may apply for new customers. Additional charges may apply, see T&Cs. Under the contract, minimum monthly repayments are required and will vary depending on your credit limit. If you turn off instalments, all future transactions will be reverted to the minimum monthly repayment.
